The group home at Brighter Prospective began serving individuals with individual intellectual disabilities since 2016. Since that time, many positive outcomes have been achieved in large part due to the dedicated Direct Support Professionals and other employees who are committed to the mission.
Residential Homes hiring for the following shifts:
7-3, 3-11, 11-7 and PRN positions 7 days per week
Community Engagement/Day Support hiring for the following shifts:
7-4 Monday-Saturday only
We provide In-House Trainings and trainings for those outside of the agency for a nominal fee: CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, TOVA, DSP MR Orientation.
Brighter Prospective homes hires those who embrace the person-centered concept of developing a program around the strengths and needs of individuals. Our philosophy is to provide a home-like setting where we assist individuals in learning skills that promote community integration, better health management, and opportunities to fully participate in one’s own recovery process. We encourage empathy rather than sympathy and assistance rather than duty. Brighter Prospective homes offers paid training for all positions, flexible schedules, and individual mentoring sessions with experienced managers.
